In der Mikrowelle: Die Schuberverpackung entfernen und das Produkt in der versiegelten Folie auf einen mikrowellengeeigneten Teller legen. (Bitte die Folie nicht einstechen). Anschließend wie folgt garen: 600 Watt — 2 Minuten, 30 Sekunden. Dann 1 Minute in der Mikrowelle ruhen lassen und die Verpackung vorsichtig öffnen.

Ofen

Ober-/Unterhitze: auf 180°C vorheizen und mind. 20 Minuten lang garen, Umluft: auf 160°C vorheizen und mind. 15 Minuten lang garen.
